Pilates was developed more than eighty years ago by Joseph Pilates. The Pilates method is increasingly applied in medicine, elite sports, and performing arts. It is a unique body conditioning method that transforms both your appearance and movements. By working on the deep postural muscles of the body, Pilates rebalances muscle groups, promotes proper body alignment, and restores natural, normal movement. Your overall health and appearance will improve as your body becomes longer, leaner, and tighter.
