Boys' Gymnastics

Soccer is cool, but gymnastics is even cooler. Just take a look at the muscular body of a competitive gymnast. There’s nothing as cool as doing a somersault on the mat or trampoline during your gym class at school. Especially one that looks good!

In boys’ gymnastics, specific apparatus are used. These are entirely different from the apparatus used in girls’ gymnastics. Girls perform with grace and flexibility, while boys showcase strength and courage. The apparatus for boys includes the parallel bars, high bar, rings, floor exercises, pommel horse, and, of course, various vaulting equipment like the vaulting table, trampolines (both large and small), springboard, and tumbling track.

The gymnastics classes for boys are divided into three age categories.

Boys Gymnastics 6-10 Years

Children are divided into small groups and work on basic gymnastics elements. Methodical approaches are used to teach various elements. Simultaneously, we focus on building strength and flexibility.

Gymnastics for boys aged 10 and older

The boys have gymnastics in the gymnastics hall. In this gymnastics class, more independence is expected from the children. The gymnasts are partially guided by the coach and must practice some exercises independently. Beginners are welcome in this class. Each participant works at their own level and is challenged with difficulty and courage.
