My name is Floor Jansen. I live in Veldhoven with my husband and two young sons. Since January 2022, I have taken on the role of confidential counselor for G.V. Voorwaarts.
Ensuring a safe environment within the gymnastics club is of great importance to me. Whether it concerns aggression, unwanted intimacy, intimidation, bullying, or discrimination, it is crucial that everyone feels good and secure in this place; that’s what we stand for!
In my daily life, I work at Fontys Hogescholen as the manager of the HRD (Human Resource Development) team within the P&O department. With my team, we facilitate learning and development for all Fontys employees. Themes that my department deals with include talent management, leadership, integrity, diversity, and inclusion.
I’ve been familiar with Voorwaarts since my youth, first as a recreational gymnast and later as a member of the club’s leadership.
People describe me as approachable, honest, and solution-oriented.

My name is Lotte van Lieshout. I am an independent confidential counselor for G.V. Voorwaarts.
If you encounter something that you’re unsure about, I am here to listen and, if necessary, help find a suitable solution together. Trust and safety are top priorities for me.
In my everyday life, I work as a psychologist. I do this work with pleasure and dedication. I consider having a good trust-based relationship as one of the most important aspects of my work. Besides my work as a psychologist, I also have my own business, “The Academy of Life,” where I provide (children’s) yoga lessons. In my free time, I also enjoy attending yoga classes, which bring me peace and relaxation. I play the piano and love spending quality time with friends and family.
Just like in my professional life, I view maintaining confidentiality and trust as highly significant in my role as a confidential counselor for Voorwaarts. What is said between us will remain confidential.
